Merchandise must be in like-new, resellable condition for an exchange (or store credit). If you're local, pop on by and we'll take care of it right on the spot, easy-peasy. PLEASE NOTE: For sanitary reasons, litter boxes, beds, blankets, backpacks, and carriers are final sale.
